The National HTC is an annual meeting held to bring together the leaders of transfusion from around New Zealand to one place to discuss topical transfusion issues. Delegates are hospital transfusion committee chairs, blood bank scientists, transfusion and patient blood management nurses from the twenty districts of Te Whatu Ora/Health New Zealand, as well as members of New Zealand Blood Service's clinical team.
